The search for the ultimate logbook

Who first used a paper logbook? If you guessed Wilbur and Orville Wright, you’re correct. Surprisingly, paper logbooks really haven’t changed much since that first flight. And while some pilots have switched over to digital logbooks – these glorified spreadsheets can be clumsy and limiting. That’s why airline captain, David Spektor developed the digital logbook he always wanted – one that’s smart, intuitive and easy-to-use.

We launched in 2021 (as EZLogbook) with the goal of modernizing how pilots log. The AIROS team brought this vision to life with an easy-to-use digital app that not only made logging and tracking flights easy, but also helps pilots easily complete IACRAs and export data to complete Airlineapps in hours, not days or weeks.  

Since then, the AIROS team has grown to include experts in product design, UI/UX and the latest AI technology. With automated features and embedded intelligence AIROS is the ultimate smart digital logbook that works for everyone — students, CFIs, DPEs, hobbyists and professional pilots.
